THE BEST VIEW OF LEECH LAKE IS FROM THE WATER!
The state of Minnesota is well-known for fantastic fishing and there is no better fishing experience than that
on Leech Lake. Leech Lake is an unspoiled body of water, totally encompassed by the protected Chippewa
National Forest. The lake is massive, so you will never have to traverse the same waters twice. Sheltered bays
provide protection from the wind and 11 islands offer ample opportunities for exploration.
Explore our pristine lake courtesy of our motorboat rental service. We have six boats and two pontoon boats
available to rent… from small and zippy to big and leisurely. Chippewa Lodge Resort also provides minnow
buckets, nets, seat cushions, and life jackets, so you will have everything you need to go out and catch the big
ones. You may also bring your own boat and rent a boat slip in our great harbor.
Our bait house offers dock-side gas service, bait, tackle, ice, free fish-cleaning services, and free freezer
storage for your catch.
We boast our own in-house fishing guide, Jeff May, who is available for booking to accommodate you and
your fishing buddies, or for that one-on-one experience. Jeff has years of tournament and all species experience

on the lake. Rates and scheduling is available by contacting us via chat, email, social media, or telephone.
